Brian’s Caesar Salad Dressing

3-6 Cloves Garlic (to taste)
1 tbls O Zinfandel or O Cabernet Vinegar
1 1/2 tbls Dijon Mustard
1/2 tbls Worcestershire Sauce
Juice from one lemon
1/2 cup O Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 tbls Anchovy Paste or 2-3 Anchovy Fillets
1/2 cup Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
In a food processor; chop garlic. Add vinegar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice and process again. With food processor on add O Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a slow steady stream, until emulsified. Add anchovy paste and ground black pepper to taste then process again. Toss with Romaine Lettuce add Parmesan cheese & cracked pepper to taste and serve.
Top with Grilled Chicken, Shrimp, or Pork as desired.
