O sherry vinegar
• Make a shallot vinaigrette by finely chopping fresh shallots. Mix with O Extra Virgin Olive Oil, add kosher salt & fresh ground black pepper. Toss with red leaf lettuce.
• Drizzle over lentil or pumpkin soup.
• Mix with O Tahitian Lime Olive Oil & soy sauce. Splash over fresh grilled halibut or ahi tuna & serve.
• Toss with butter lettuces, O Extra Virgin Olive Oil and kosher salt. Add crumbled blue cheese & a pinch of fresh ground pepper.
